Unless a specific offer page states a different policy, paid giveaway add-ons and OTO purchases include a 30-day refund window. Email connectandcollabs@gmail.com with your name, phone/email, order ID, and purchase date.

Giveaway Application

The giveaway application is free. There is no payment required to apply, and no refund is needed for application submission.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method through Cashfree or the relevant payment rail. Bank/payment provider timelines may vary.

Abuse and Exceptions

We may refuse refund abuse, duplicate claims, fraudulent transactions, chargeback misuse, or requests outside the stated refund window. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.

No Effect on Giveaway Selection

Buying, refunding, or skipping paid offers does not increase or decrease giveaway selection odds. Selection is based on fit and application review.
